The Double Cone Blender Machine from Bharat Pharmatech is a mechanical device for the mixing of dry powders and granules. Bharat Pharmatech manufactures this equipment within India. It consists of SS 302 stainless steel, which allows operators to clean the surfaces and prevents the metal from reacting with environmental moisture. The motor operates with 3 HP and 3-phase electricity to rotate the vessel at 15 RPM. There is a capacity of 250 kg for every batch to ensure that components integrate consistently without damage. In this process the internal motion distributes materials into a single mixture. By using this rotation speed, the machine maintains the integrity of the particles. It is a tool for industrial production cycles. To achieve a balanced distribution, the cones move the contents across the internal volume. As the motor runs, the stainless steel frame remains stable.
