Product Description
Cconsist of Electric Hoist travelling on lower flange of Main Girder and not required rail for cross traveling. It consist of a crab mechanism travels above both girders run over cross travel rails with platform to maintain all parts of crab.Depending on the live load capacity and crane configuration design, a girder is selected to meet or exceed the structural requirements according to CMAA. Box girders (which, as the name implies, are shaped like a box) are used when a crane's capacity or span exceed the acceptable limit for a profile girder.A crane that requires a high capacity, wide span, or high lifting height will benefit from a double girder design. A single girder design can be an inexpensive option for a light-duty crane in a production, storage, or assembly facility. Careful consideration should be given to the design of your overhead crane system.
