Specifications -Body -This strongly bold new design Oblique Type machine is compact in size, easy to operate, saves precious space in the factory, economical, labour saving and less maintenance required.The machine has Hydraulic / Motorized self-loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts for paper reels are provided. Rolls -Flute rolls, the most important features of the machine are minutely finished, give perfect formation on the board.The flute rolls are mounted on Heavy Duty Spherical Roller Bearings for longer life.The flute rolls are made of the special best quality of steel for better performance and life.Two sets of any two types of flute roll for immediate and trouble-free changeover of fluting medium in just a few minutes with motorized lifting and lowering of flute roll assembly.Special Features -Once the flute rolls are set no adjustments are to be made and no fine-tuning is required.When the rolls are hot the foolproof design of cartridge roll change can be routinely & safely accomplished, even by fewer experience crews.This quick capability of changing flute rolls allows the box to plant a great flexibility. Its ability offers the customer to choose the flute profile of their need as per the requirements.The machine is recommended to be used on steam heating or thermic fluid heating system.
