High Speed Fingerless Double Profile Single Facer Oblique Type Paper Corrugation Machine :�This is one of the Best and Most Useful machines for corrugators. For double profile, this machine is designed with dual sets of customized flute rolls, which is really beneficial for higher production. The machines consists 7 sets of Electrical SS Tubular Heater with auto heat control Digital Panel.
The machine is designed with Heavy Structure and Thick CI Casting walls. EN Serial Forged Flute Rolls are used to ensure Longest Life of Rolls. Other Rollers are Hard Chrome Plated with superb quality surface treatment. All rolls are mounted on higher temperature greece poured Bearings. AC Drive Panel is provided to set and maintain Electrical Motors speed.
The Machine is designed with Fingerless single face technology & Double sets of rolls of different flutes cassettes. For easy interchangibility, rolls can be replaces with Auto Feed. No need to Change Rolls manually, which save time and manual work. That also increases the production.
Flute can be changed with Hydraulic System or Motorised. The fully Hydraulic System changes the flute roller in a few minutes. Hydraulic System lifts the first cassette and the second cassette remains in operating position, which connects automatically to the main drive.
