A double sliding injection molding machine is a vertical injection molding machine equipped with two sliding (shuttle) tables, allowing one mold to be in operation while the other is outside for loading/unloading.Working Principle One table (Table A) moves into the clamping area. The mold closes and injection takes place. At the same time, the second table (Table B) is outside: Operator removes finished parts. New inserts are loaded. After completion, Table A slides out and Table B slides in. The cycle repeats alternately.Advantages Higher productivity than single sliding machines. Reduced cycle time due to simultaneous operations. Improved operator safety (loading outside clamping area).
