The Resotech Transit Drop Test Machine is an industrial packaging-integrity evaluation system designed to simulate the vertical impact drops, structural shocks, and free-fall forces that shipping cartons encounter during transit, handling, and supply-chain distribution.The machine features a heavy structural mild steel base platform wrapped in high-visibility hazard stripes, a single vertical guide column, a motorized height-adjustment crosshead, and dual holding arms. The holding mechanism is pneumatically actuated (driven by the visible blue air lines), allowing the twin support bars to instantly snap open symmetrically. This pneumatic split ensures that a package falls purely vertically under the influence of gravity without introducing twisting forces, momentum bias, or friction errors that manual trap-doors or uncoordinated drops cause.
