The 0-60 kg Drop Tester, For Industrial, Model Name/Number: PCDT-1, is built for factory work. It drops packed items from set heights to see if they break. It holds up to 60 kg and drops from as high as 1500 mm to copy the knocks parcels take during loading, truck rides and warehouse moves. It runs on normal mains power plus shows test data on a small screen so the operator reads numbers at once. The frame is solid steel - each drop repeats the same way. TVs, phones, toys or any packed goods fit on the platform. The machine drops them flat, on an edge or on a corner - the maker learns where the pack needs more board, foam or tape. The unit ships from India and serves as a basic check that the pack and the product inside survive real life.
