Our eminent range of roasters includes Chilli Roasters. These are available in Sizes ranging from 22 L to 5000 L. Higher size machines, can also be fabricated as per customer requirements. The chilli roasters can be fabricated in either full Stainless Steel 304 or Contact parts in Stainless Steel construction.
The indirect heating of the product can be achieved by heating the outer jacket through Electrical oil immersed heaters, using oil as the medium. The temperature is controlled using digital temperature indicator cum controller. The ideal roasting temperature shall be about 120 -180 Deg. C, depending upon product and customer requirements. The Constant temperature with constant time gives Consistency in Quality.
