Mill Power BP2 (2 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact commercial pulverizer built for small-batch spice grinding with consistent fineness and stable performance. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP2 is ideal for spice shops, small masala units, home-based food brands, cloud kitchens, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that need an affordable and reliable grinding solution. BP2 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, made with heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life and rugged shop-floor use. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase as per installation requirement. With 2 HP power, BP2 delivers around 20 kg/hr output (material dependent) with approx. 1.5 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth running and uniform grinding, the machine uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set with all accessories to control particle size as per required masala texture. For monitoring and overload safety, BP2 comes with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and operate safely. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor conditions and workload, a foundation may be recommended for maximum stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model need, ensuring dependable torque transfer for different spice and herb loads. BP2 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent quality and batch-to-batch uniformity. Mill Power also offers the full BP series—BP2 to BP50—covering capacities from 20 kg/hr up to 500 kg/hr, backed by MSME / ISO / CE certifications and exported to 30+ countries.
