Mill Power BP10 Masala Grinding Machine is a high-performance spice grinder built for small-to-large masala manufacturing units, commercial grinding shops, and exporters who need higher capacity with consistent powder quality. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP10 is designed for long working hours, stable output, and rugged industrial use. The BP10 operates on a 10 HP drive and delivers approx. 100 kg/hr production capacity (actual output varies by spice type, moisture content, screen selection, and fineness requirement). With approx. 7.5 kWh power consumption, it offers an efficient balance of speed and operating cost for daily commercial grinding. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase configurations to match site power and motor selection. BP10 is available in Mild Steel or SS304 Stainless Steel full-body construction, using heavy-duty ISI metals for durability, corrosion resistance (in SS304), and strong fabrication. Grinding is performed using a Balanced Beater mechanism fitted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration, maintain uniform grinding, and support continuous operation. For fineness control, BP10 includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing quick adjustment for different masala products and target mesh sizes. This model is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, ayurvedic herbs, and other dry spice blends. For electrical monitoring and load safety, it comes with an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be required depending on working load, floor condition, and production hours. The drive system uses a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on the model requirement and application. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand such as Crompton or other.) The BP series is offered from BP2 to BP50, covering 20 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr capacities, trusted in domestic markets and exports to 30+ countries, and supported with MSME / ISO / CE certifications.
