The DUNGS MB-DLE 410 B01 S20 (often referred to as the "S2") is a single-stage GasMultiBloc. It is an industry-standard component for medium-sized burners, integrating a filter, pressure regulator, and two safety shut-off valves into one unit. The "S20" (or S2) suffix identifies the low-pressure outlet spring, designed for standard gas applications. 1. Technical Specifications Feature Specification Max. Key Components & Adjustments The MB-DLE 410 S20 is designed for "Soft Start" operation. You can tune the way the burner ignites using three main adjustment points: Pressure Regulator: Located on the regulator block. Use a screwdriver to turn the setting screw under the protective cap to reach your desired manifold pressure (within the 4–20 mbar range). Main Volume Adjustment: This is the large knob/screw on top of Valve 2. It limits the total gas flow when the valve is fully open. Fast Stroke (Initial Lift): This is the most critical adjustment for smooth ignition. It allows the valve to "jump" open instantly for a split second before the slow ramp-up takes over. To adjust: Remove the small black cap on the very top of the hydraulic brake, flip it over, and use it as a tool to turn the internal screw. Clockwise: Decreases the initial gas burst. Counter-clockwise: Increases the initial gas burst. 3. Comparison: S20 vs. S50 If you find that turning the regulator screw to its maximum still doesn't provide enough pressure for your burner, you may have the wrong spring: S20 (S2): 4 to 20 mbar. S50 (S5): 20 to 50 mbar. 4. Installation Accessories Since the 410 body is a universal block, it requires specific flange kits to match your pipe size: Rp 3/4" Flange: Part No. 221061 Rp 1" Flange: Part No. 221062 Rp 1 1/4" Flange: Part No. 221063 5. Maintenance Tip If the burner is failing to ignite or "starving" for gas at high fire, check the internal 0.8 mm sieve. On the 410 series, the filter is located behind the side plates of the inlet flange. A clogged filter will cause a significant pressure drop across the MultiBloc.
