The DUNGS MB-DLE series is categorized primarily by its flow capacity and connection size. All models in this series share the same core functionality: Filter, Regulator, and two Safety Valves (with Valve 2 being Slow-Opening). Understanding the Model Suffixes When ordering or specifying an MBDLE, the suffix tells you the design generation and the pressure spring installed: 1. Design Generation (B01) Most current units are labeled B01. This indicates that both Valve 1 and Valve 2 are controlled together by the same electrical signal (standard for single-stage burners). 2. Pressure Range (S20 vs. S50) The spring inside the regulator determines your manifold pressure limit: S20 (or S2): Range of 4 to 20 mbar. Ideal for low-pressure residential or commercial gas lines. S50 (or S5): Range of 20 to 50 mbar. Used for higher burner manifold pressure requirements. 3. Voltage Options Models are available in 230V AC (standard), 110–120V AC (common in North America), and 24V DC (often used for gas engines or safety-critical specialized systems). Common Accessories Flanges: The MB-DLE is a "flangeless" body. You must select a flange kit (Rp or NPT) to match your pipe size. VPS 504: An automatic Valve Proving System that bolts to the side to check for internal leaks. GW A5/A6: Pressure switches that monitor minimum or maximum gas pressure, mounting directly to the side of the block.
