What the "MB-ZRDLE" Name Tells You Each letter in the name signifies a specific function: MB (MultiBloc): An integrated unit containing a filter, pressure regulator, and two valves. ZR (Two-Stage): Designed for burners with two firing rates (Low Fire and High Fire). It has a specialized solenoid that can open to a partial position and then to a full position. D (Main Volume Restrictor): Allows you to manually throttle the maximum gas flow. LE (Slow Opening): Equipped with a hydraulic brake that causes Valve 2 to open slowly (approx. 20 seconds) for a "soft start" ignition. 2. Integrated Components Inside a single MB-ZRDLE unit, you will find: Fine-Mesh Sieve: A 0.8 mm internal filter that protects the regulator and valve seats from pipe scale and debris. Pressure Regulator: A spring-loaded regulator that maintains constant outlet pressure regardless of inlet fluctuations. Valve 1 (V1): A fast-opening, fast-closing safety shut-off valve.
