Functional Details The MVDLE 207/5 is characterized by its high degree of adjustability, allowing for precise control of the gas flow during the start-up sequence: Slow Opening: The valve takes roughly 20 seconds to reach full open, which provides a gradual increase in gas volume. Fast Stroke: This allows the valve to jump immediately to a preset "start gas" volume before the slow-opening phase begins. Main Volume Adjustment: You can manually limit the total flow through the valve by turning the adjustment knob on top of the hydraulic brake.  Safety Status: It is a Class A, Group 2 valve according to EN 161 standards, ensuring high safety reliability for burner applications. 3. Installation and Adjustment Guide For proper operation, the MVDLE 207/5 must be adjusted based on the specific burner requirements: Main Flow Setting: Loosen the pan head screw on the adjustment cap. Turn the knob clockwise for less gas and counter-clockwise for more gas. Initial Fast Stroke: Unscrew the small black cap on the very top of the hydraulic brake. Flip the cap over and use it as a tool to turn the internal screw. Clockwise: Decreases the initial fast lift (less start gas). Anti-clockwise: Increases the initial fast lift (more start gas). Mounting Position: The solenoid should ideally be vertically upright, though it can be mounted up to 90° (horizontally). It should never be mounted upside down. 4. Common Spare Parts & Accessories Replacement Coil: The standard 230V coil for this model is Type 200 . Closed Position Signal Contact: The "/5" suffix in the name indicates that this valve can be fitted with the K01/1 signal contact to electronically monitor if the valve is physically closed. Valve Proving System: Can be paired with the VPS 504 for automatic leakage testing between burner cycles. Maintenance Note: All DUNGS valves include an internal 1mm mesh sieve.
