the DUNGS DMV-D series consists of double solenoid valves that are Fast-Opening and Fast-Closing. Unlike the "DLE" versions, these valves snap open instantly (in less than 1 second), making them ideal for systems where the gas pressure is managed by a separate upstream regulator or where rapid response is required. 1. Model Breakdown (Nomenclature) DMV: Double Modular Valve (Two valves in one housing). D: Fast-opening, Fast-closing. .../11: Design generation (Standard for current models). 2. DMV-D Threaded Series (Compact Models) These units use a flangeless body and require Rp (threaded) flanges for installation. They are rated for a max pressure of 500 mbar. Direct Mounting: The body features "side taps" for G 1/8 ISO 228 threads, allowing you to bolt the following directly to the valve: VPS 504: Valve Proving System (Leak tester). GW A5 / GW A6: Gas pressure switches. K01/1: Closed position indicator (Proof of Closure). 6. Comparison: DMV-D vs. DMV-DLE If your burner experiences "hard starts" or explosions upon ignition, the DMV-D may be opening too fast. In those cases, the DMV-DLE (Slow-opening) version is used to ramp the gas up over 10–20 seconds.
