Key Functional FeaturesMain Volume Adjustment (on /5 models) The large adjustment knob on top of the solenoid coil allows you to limit the total gas flow. Turning it clockwise reduces the valve stroke, acting as a manual throttle. Fast Stroke (on LE models) On slow-opening valves, the "Fast Stroke" adjustment allows the valve to snap open by a small, adjustable amount (usually 10-20%) instantly. This provides immediate gas for the spark to catch before the hydraulic brake takes over to ramp the valve the rest of the way open. 5.
