Product Details
Our range of Duplex strainer is mainly used for uninterrupted flow of process fluids. It has Two Basket Strainers and Two 3-way Ball Valves. The flow path is changed over by manually operated Ball Valve. The clogged screen of one strainer is removed from housing for cleaning and refitted for next cycle. Meanwhile the process fluid passes through standby strainer uninterrupted. These can be easily replaced and have a leak proof design with bubble tight sealing as in the case of ball valves.Application:Fluid Air Filter Systems' duplex filter is ideal for applications where the pipeline cannot be closed down for scavenging the filter basket. This equipment is applied for cooling water filtration, lubricant oil fabrication, industrial heating and power systems, sea water filtration and marine applications. Details:This equipment can function continuously and never has to be closed down for scavenging. This filter has two simple filters that are connected through a single flow diverter. If one filter gets clogged, the flow can be hived off through another filter.Regardless of application type, our Duplex filters are engineered to perform in the most demanding commercial and industrial applications throughout the year.Features:Consistent flowSingle and multi-basket designsQuick fit closures and cover lift davitPressure equalization assemblyIntake and exit in the same level and in opposite direction.
