Product Details
An environmental Dust Chamber is a specialized laboratory enclosure built to simulate high-concentration dust and desert-like environments. Its primary purpose is to test the sealing integrity and structural endurance of electrical enclosures, automotive components, and consumer electronics. The chamber operates as a closed-loop system where standardized micro-fine powder (typically talcum powder) is continuously agitated and suspended in the air using a powerful forced-air blowing system. The chamber is equipped with integrated vacuum lines that connect directly to the test specimen. This allows the machine to pull a negative pressure inside the component, actively drawing dust toward its seals and gaskets to simulate real-world thermal contraction or vehicular movement.
