The Electric Single Ultrasonic Plastic Ceiling LED Light Welding Machine from Avni Industries uses a frame of mild steel that resists bending and keeps its shape after years of cycles - it welds the plastic parts of LED ceiling lamps by pressing them against a titanium horn that vibrates at 20 kHz - the friction melts the joint line plus fuses the two halves without extra glue or fasteners. A single phase 230 V supply feeds the generator - the amplitude and weld time stay the same from the first cycle to the last. The operator sets pressure but also duration through a hand-wheel and lever - no software or sensor overrides the decision - experienced workers adjust the values while they watch the melt front. The painted steel panels receive a phosphate coat as well as powder top layer that stop rust even when condensation drips from the ceiling of the shop. Each unit is machined, drilled and wired in Rajkot, Gujarat besides every horn, booster and fixture is checked with a hardness tester or a frequency meter before shipment. The narrow energy zone limits heating to the joint - the lens, heat-sink and driver board stay below 45 °C next to emerge unscuffed.
