Our Electronic Slub System is designed with "Motion Controller" with Direct Drive System without belt and chain for Transmission. The Combination of Motion Controller and Servo - Drive, helps Precise Synchronization Control between Front and Back Rollers which is important for Slub System. This also measures length of Slub very precisely.Multi count  Multi twist  Multi effectTo produce multi effect in yarn the front and back rollers should change their surface speed continuosly and also simultaneously corresponding to each other to achieve variable draft and twist. Our Electronic unit uses coordinating system of motion controller for this purpose. The back-bone of every fancy yarn system is the program through which the slub yarn system can be programmed or defined. The program is named E-SLUB. E-SLUB software enable you to program the slub yarn patterns and its can be visualized, optimized and managed on the computer.The slub yarn patterns developed on the computer can be simply transferred.The slub yarn pattern/parameters data can also be editable by using Microsoft Excel software which is commonly used in all computer system. By using this feature, the user can create their own customized slub yarn patterns using their own imagination.
