Product Details
An Environmental Stress Chamber is a high-performance testing enclosure designed to subject components and products to aggressive, rapid thermal transitions and extreme moisture fluctuations. Unlike standard stability or humidity chambers that maintain fixed, benign climates over months, a stress chamber is engineered to force latent defects to surface quickly through rapid expansion and contraction. The heart of the machine is its heavy-duty Cascade Refrigeration System. By linking two separate cooling stages with different refrigerants, the chamber can plummet to extreme sub-zero temperatures (down to -700C). High-output nichrome heating arrays work in tandem with high-velocity air circulation fans to achieve extreme ramp rates (typically 30C min to 50C min or higher). This rapid environmental shifting stresses internal solder joints, mismatched material interfaces, and mechanical seals to catch early-life product failures before they reach the consumer market
