Environmental Stress Cracking Resistance (E.S.C.R.) apparatus supports measuring of environmental stress crack resistance properties of blow molded polyethylene containers. The construction parameters this tests checks on include container design, resin, blow-molding condition, post treatment and other parameters that affect properties of the cylinders.Features:Supports checking stress capacities of blow molded polyethylene containers in presence of adverse environment such like wetting agents, oils, soaps, detergents.The tests checks containers for mechanical failures through cracking at stress levels that are below those where cracking would naturally occur in absence of these environments.Helps in fixing production guidelines for polyethylene containers under factors like material, post-treatment, blow-molding conditions and others.
