Nilfisk offers a specialized range of industrial explosion-proof and ATEX-certified vacuum cleaners designed to safely collect combustible dust and hazardous materials in regulated environments. These machines are available in single-phase, three-phase, and air-operated (pneumatic) configurations to meet various hazardous location requirements, including Class I and Class II classifications. Electric Explosion-Proof ModelsThese models are designed for environments with electricity and are often certified for Class I (flammable gases) and Class II (combustible dust) locations.  Nilfisk VHS110EXP: A CSA-certified vacuum for Class I, Group D and Class II, Groups E, F, and G environments. According to Nilfisk, it features a brushless motor, PullClean filter technology, and downstream HEPA filtration for high performance in confined areas. Nilfisk 118 EXP: A popular CSA-approved model for dry material collection in Class I, Group D and Class II environments. It is constructed of 304 stainless steel and features a 6.6 or 13.2-gallon capacity. A wet/dry version, the 118 EXPW, is also available. It is suitable for continuous duty (24/7) and features optional HEPA14 filtration.
