Mech O Tech LLP in India manufactures the Extraction Plant 50 - 100 Kgs. This plant handles batches of fifty to one hundred kilograms of herbs, oil bearing material or other botanicals. It runs on a stable fifty hertz or sixty hertz supply. An integrated solvent recovery system collects and re uses the processing solvent - raw material loss stays low. Every weld, seal plus surface follows current Good Manufacturing Practice rules - the output meets pharmaceutical purity requirements. Buyers receive a new unit that ships ready for first time installation - the minimum purchase is one complete plant. The frame, valves and pipework tolerate continuous operation with little maintenance - unexpected stops remain rare. The control panel, vessel size but also fittings can change to suit each client's recipe and floor plan. The same plant converts aromatic herbs into essential oil, renders oleoresins or extracts active molecules for pharmaceutical use.
