WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL has proven outstanding as a coolant for heavy-duty machining operations, as an emulsifiable hydraulic oil and as a rust preventative.Advantages· Good lubricity for Smooth Finishes · Multi-purpose, Good for Light to Heavy-Duty Operations · Excellent Corrosion and Stain Control · Excellent Emulsification of Water Usage WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL is recommended for most milling, drilling, turning, cut-off and power sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is also effective in reaming, broaching, tapping and grinding operations. Dilute one part WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL with 20 parts water. Make sure to add the water to the mixing vessel first, and then add WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING OIL Stir until consistent mixture is obtained.
