The Extruded Fin Tube are manufactured by a cold forming process This Process Extrudes the Fins from Aluminium Muff Tube which is perfectly Fit with close tolerance over the Base Tube. These Fin Tubes find application in AIR FIN COOLERS, DRIERS, and RADIATORS etc and are preferred in Industries like Food and Agriculture, Power Plants, Chemical Industries, Steel Plants, and Chiller Plants etc. The Mani advantages of Extruded Fin tubes are: Ø High Heat transfer. Ø Excellent Fin to tube contact. Ø Excellent bonding with base tube. Ø Used up to 300 C. Fin tube Sizes: Base Tube Material Carbon steel, Copper, Stainless steel, Aluminium or Mild steel ( ERW tubes also can finned with extruded fins) Base tube Diameter From 15.87 mm to 25.4 mm.
