Extrusion Tape Stretching Plant, 40 - 175 Kw is an industrial machine that operates automatically using a three phase power supply of 415 V AC. It uses between 40 kW and 175 kW of power depending on the settings. The machine stretches 120 kg of material into tape every hour. As the equipment is in an unused state, the components function without errors and resist wear over long periods. In this state the plant requires infrequent repairs when operators use it for manufacturing tasks. There is a high level of consistency in the dimensions of the tape produced. To achieve this output, the machine maintains an even speed during the stretching process. Under those conditions, the metal parts remain intact and do not degrade quickly.
