THE FURNACE HAS AIR NOZZLES OF SS 304 IMVEST CASTING TO FLUIDIZE THE SAND BED FOR COMPLETE COMBUSTION OF THE FUELS FLOWING ON BUBBLING BED THROUGH FUEL FEEDERS. HOMOGENOUS AND UNIFORM DISTIRBUTION OF THE FUEL IS ACHIEVED DUE TO FLUIDISATION.
THE INBED TUBES ARE PROVIDED JUST ABOVE THE FBC BURNING ZONE TO TAKE THE 35% HEAT OF THE COMBUSTION AND REMAINING HEAT TRANSFER OCCURS IN MEMBRANE WATER WALL PANEL TUBES AND SMOKE TUBES IN BOILER DRUM.
