The FDK 7735 CNC Wire Cut EDM Machine is a robust and high-precision solution designed for accurate cutting of complex profiles in hard conductive materials. With a maximum workpiece weight capacity of 400 kg and a Z-axis travel of 450 mm, it supports a wide range of industrial applications. The FDK 7735 is equipped with high-quality linear motion (LM) guides, precision ball screws, and a Gen 2 pulley system, ensuring smooth wire movement and stable cutting even during long machining cycles. Its advanced UV axis enables taper cutting up to ±3° (optional higher angles), providing flexibility for intricate geometries. Delivering a cutting accuracy of 0.015–0.020 mm and a best surface finish of Ra ≤ 1.5 μm (multi-cut), the DK 7735 meets demanding precision requirements. It supports wire diameters from Ø 0.12 to 0.25 mm and offers a cutting speed of 120–140 mm²/min (up to 180 mm²/min max), balancing speed with accuracy.
