Here's what Feviseal HY 100 is — it's not the small "Fevi Seal 100 ml" gap filler you might use for bathroom cracks — this is a construction-grade hybrid sealant used in building and structural work: 🧰 Feviseal HY 100 – Hybrid Sealant (Construction Sealant) What it is: Feviseal HY 100 is a single-component moisture-curing hybrid sealant (silyl-modified polymer) made by Dr. Fixit / Pidilite. It's formulated to combine the best properties of polyurethane and silicone sealants — flexible, strong, and weather-resistant. Typical form: Paste in a tube/cartridge (often 600 ml) — you apply it with a sealant gun. Main features: ✔ One-part (no mixing) moisture-curing sealant. ✔ Flexible: can stretch/contract with movement (good for joints that expand/contract). ✔ Good adhesion to concrete, brick, metal, PVC, ceramic, tiles, etc. (often primer-less). ✔ Resistant to UV, weather, and chemicals. ✔ Damp surface tolerant (cures even with some moisture).
