A corrugator is a set of machines designed to bring together three, five or seven sheets of paper to form single, double or triple wall board in a continuous process. The 3 key stages: Corrugating the flutes and gluing to a single liner. Gluing the outside liner to make a rigid board.In the fingerless corrugation machine the fluted paper is guided by the suction. Thus there are no slots in the gum applicator roll so the gum applicator roll in continuous and uniform from one end to another end. Finger less corrugation machine can have different sizes according to the size of corrugated boardIn the Single Facer the web paper gets its significant fluted form. It runs through two steam-heated, up to 170 °C hot corrugating rolls forming a paper flute. The paper flute can vary in size depending on machine model and corrugating roll profile.
