A corrugator is a set of machines designed to bring together three, five or seven sheets of paper to form single, double or triple wall board in a continuous process. The corrugated boards are then dried, scored, cut and loaded, Corrugated is made up of three layers of paper that include an inside liner, an outside liner, and fluting with a ruffled shape, which runs in between the two.
