Top Driven (Suspended) AC Flyers The top driven (suspended) flyer is a further addition to the range of new generation flyers. These flyers incorporate all the advantages of the closed type AC flyers and also offer additional advantages Advantages Speeds upto 1600 rpm possible Suspended design permits larger package size A steel presser provides uniform pressure throughout the bobbin built-up. This results in compact bobbin with uniform winding A steel presser with electroless nickel plating and / or hardened offers better wear resistance The extended height back row flyers can be supplied for all the popular models of the speed frame. The extended height flyer will help to maintain uniform entry angle and uniform tension between front and back row bobbins. This will be help in achieving uniform yarn quality for all bobbins built within a machine. Made from lightweight aluminium alloy, the SYC flyer has been well accepted by the industry. SYC flyers are superior in performance compared to the steel flyers. Although outdated technology, we continue to make SYC flyers for those customers who need them for specific application. Pressers The presser helps in compact and uniform winding of the bobbin. The presser is made from aluminium or steel, depending upon the type of the flyer. We supply a wide variety of pressers for different types of flyers such as SYC, AC and AC suspended. For special applications like worsted and acrylic spinning, we offer pressers with wear resistant treatment to enhance the life of the presser. False Twisters False Twisters impart a false twist to the roving, thus strengthening it as well as helping to avoid the liberation of loose fibres in the flyer. Secondly, the false twister serves as a guide to the roving as it enters the hollow arm. We supply a range of false twisters moulded from rubber, polyurethane or PVC depending on the application. These twisters are designed for various makes of speed frames and are compatible with all popular make of flyers.
