Food Paper Rewinding Machine is specially designed for high speed rewind the mother roll or Jumbo Roll of Food paper into a smaller diameter roll with a paper core.Rewinder is used for rewinding and longitudinal slitting of the paper web from the paper machine reel spool into paper rolls of required sizes. The winding part of the machine consists of two rolls, each of these carrying rolls has its separate drive.Fourdrinier machine, device for producing paper, paperboard, and other fibreboards, consisting of a moving endless belt of wire or plastic screen that receives a mixture of pulp and water and allows excess water to drain off, forming a continuous sheet for further drying by suction, pressure, and heat.In a paper machine, interrelated mechanisms operating in unison receive paper stock from the beater, form it into a sheet of the desired weight by filtration, press and consolidate the sheet with removal of excess water, dry the remaining water by evaporation, and wind the traveling sheet into reels of paper.
