FRP GRP Poles are widely used in lighting poles, Traffic Light Poles, FRP Street Light Poles, FRP Flag Poles, Electrical Poles & FRP Cross arm.The poles are made of unsaturated polyester resins and reinforced by fiberglass rovings, mats or fabrics. The combination of glass and resin offers additional durability and sturdiness.Abstract: Fiber-reinforced polymers poles were on the increase because they were lightweight, have high strength-to-weight ratios, provide corrosion resistance, can be customized to meet strength and deflection requirements, and have a low life-cycle cost of construction and maintenance.FRP can be used for repair and strengthening of existing structures. Externally bonded reinforcements can be used to reinforce concrete, timber, steel and masonry structures.
