Fruit pulper with motor is used to extract pulp from fruits, vegetables and other pulpy items. During the operation, the seeds and skin get separated and discharges through a chute. It is commonly used in canning industry and ayurvedic medicine manufacturing units.Fruit pulp is the most basic product created by the processing of fresh fruit. It contains both the juice and the pulp, which is the stringy fibre which is often removed from fruit juice. Fruit pulps can be processed and stored for long periods of time without losing their colour, flavour or texture.The pulper machine has a knuckled, rotating drum that as it rotates, presses the cherries against an iron faceplate. The pressing action squeezes the seeds from the cherry and the machine utilizes channels that discard the seeds from one side and the pulp from the other side of the machinePulp obtained from fruits are generally used for manufacturing of products such as fruit-based jams, marmaladed, jellies, sweets, beverage, and flavoring agents. It is also widely used as flavoring agent for various bakery, snacks, milk, juice, dairy product, and beverage industry.
