Then the upper mold goes down, and the mold vibrates at the same time. Generally speaking, the bricks will be finished in 15–40 seconds. And the molding cycle is decided by the models of the block machine, The device has been designed in such a way that apart from reducing the drudgery, it can also increase the productivity to almost three times the conventional method. It can make fifty bricks at a time as compared to other brick making machines, which make 10-15 bricks at a time.The concrete bricks manufacturing process consists of four steps: mixing, molding, curing, and cubing.
