Bess has different types of automatic, Automatic hydraulic block and paver machine, automatic concrete block machine, semi-automatic hydraulic concrete block making machine, and egg-laying concrete block making machine are few examples of block making machines. These machines produce hollow and solid blocks, fly ash bricks, pavers, and kerbstones.With the rotating of distributor's teeth, the materials are fed into the mold compulsorily. Then the upper mold goes down, and the mold vibrates at the same time. Generally speaking, the bricks will be finished in 15–40 seconds. And the molding cycle is decided by the models of the block machine, The device has been designed in such a way that apart from reducing the drudgery, it can also increase the productivity to almost three times the conventional method. It can make fifty bricks at a time as compared to other brick making machines, which make 10-15 bricks at a time.The concrete bricks manufacturing process consists of four steps: mixing, molding, curing, and cubing. There are concrete plants which only make concrete blocks while others produce a variety of precast products like blocks, flat paver, decorative pieces like lawn edging, concrete bricks, etc.
