Fully Automatic Fly Ash Bricks Making MAchines are used for Manufacturing of Cement Bricks of various Sizes as per Requirement. Thses Machines generally consists of Pan Mixers, Belt Conveyors, Hydraulic Power Pack, Main Press Machine with Vibration Technology and with Moulds/ Dies, and Electronic Control panel.The concrete block machine uses pressure and vibration to form different kinds of concrete blocks by using different moulds. The machine is then pressed with high pressure so that well- made cement, hollow and pavement blocks are manufactured.Paver blocks are small flat blocks used to build pavements as well as walls and pillars. These blocks are available in a variety of colours, sizes, and patterns.The process involves proportioning, Mixing, Compacting, Curing & Drying. A concrete mix of 1:2:4 :: cement: sand: stone chips by volume are used for making paving blocks. All the items of raw material are placed in the concrete mixer and water added. The mixer is then rotated for 15-20 minutes.Cement concrete tiles and paving blocks are precast solid products made out of cement concrete. The product is made in various sizes and shapes viz. rectangular, square and round blocks of different dimensions with designs for interlocking of adjacent tiles blocks.
