It's a machine that produces hollow blocks using pressure and vibration. In modern construction practices, bricks are categorized according to materials used to form them and the method of production. Under this classification, there are five common types. Categorizing Bricks by Raw Materials: Burnt clay bricks.The concrete block machine uses pressure and vibration to form different kinds of concrete blocks by using different moulds. The machine is then pressed with high pressure so that well- made cement, hollow and pavement blocks are manufactured.There are four fundamental processes in creating hollow blocks: mixing, molding, curing, and cubing. Some plants are capable of making more than 2,000 blocks per hour. Other manufacturing plants also precast concrete blocks products like flat paver stones and decorative pieces of landscaping like lawn endings.It can lay a block on the concrete floor and move to the next level. Any type of concrete block can be produced with consistent quality, high strength and pressure with accurate sizes by fixing different types of concrete mould and ram in the machine. Its production capacity is 500-1000 Blocks per hour
