Pepsi Packing Machine as the name implies is a fully automatic machine designed for packing liquid in LDPE film. This machine is also known as ice lolly machine or popsicle machine and can be used for packaging liquid products like: Carbonated drinks. Fruit juice.Instead of forming bags from a roll of flat packaging material, this machine is loaded with bags that are already formed into their end shape (premade pouches). The bags are then fed into the machine where they are opened, filled with product, and sealed shut.A vertical form fill seal machine is a kind of pouch making and filling machine with a vertical structure. It's mainly used for industrial packaging and processing and provides a more convenient and effective way of automatic packaging, saving time, material wastage and cost.The bags are usually loaded into a hopper at the top of the machine. The hopper feeds the bags into a sealing mechanism, where the bags are sealed shut. The sealed bags are then cut open and the product is loaded into the bag. The bag is then closed and the product is ready to be packaged.
