The Mini-Trans Western Blotting Apparatus is designed for efficient transfer of one to two mini-format gels (100 x 75 mm). Its sturdy molded design protects platinum wire electrodes, ensuring durability during experiments. The apparatus includes two cooling units that prevent buffer depletion during high-intensity transfers, enabling longer runs without overheating. It supports low-intensity transfers by running at low voltage overnight, ideal for delicate proteins. The gel holder cassette fits gels sized 110 x 90 mm and comes with five foam pads to wrap the gel and membrane securely. The unit features a safety lid with electrical cables for safe operation. Standard accessories include the main unit, instruction manual, blot clips with sponge liners, and two cooling units. Compact and robust, the Mini-Trans (180 x 30 x 60 mm) is perfect for reliable, consistent protein transfer in Western blot applications.
