Gold Jewellery Refining Machine, Capacity: 5 kg is designed for efficient and eco-friendly gold jewellery refining applications. This machine for gold jewellery refining has a capacity of 5 kg. It functions to refine gold jewellery in a way that uses resources efficiently and limits damage to the environment. As it operates fully automatically, the output is precise, consistent plus has a high level of purity. There is a requirement for very little manual intervention during this process. Because the body consists of polypropylene, the material is resistant to chemicals and lasts for a long time. In the design there is an integrated vacuum based filtration system that uses a 4-column water pipe setup to keep processing clean but also safe. It includes a reactor that holds 200 L and a convection cooler that holds 150 L so that the user can control the temperature as well as the process. Due to the closed circuit acid transfer system, the process is safer and does not release smoke or nitrogen oxides. By using a 1 HP vacuum pump or a 1 kW monophase compressor, the machine performs its industrial tasks reliably. For a smooth setup and dependable operation, the provider includes installation services next to a 1-year warranty.
