They are traditionally seen in back of house applications, such as catering environments, moving stock in warehouses and retail storage areas.For example, standard dimensions for the most common lift sizes in a residential building are 910 mm x 1220 mm with a 910 mm door width. However, the standard dimensions for the most common lift sizes in an office building are 1830 mm x 1530 mm with a 1220 mm door width.Goods Lifts are used for lifting heavy or light industrial material. These lifts are fitted with shutters and are installed with hoists, push buttons and switches.
