Product Details
The Gotukola (Centella Asiatica) Extraction Plant is a system that uses solvents to remove substances from herbs. Mech O Tech built the machine with stainless steel so that it lasts for a long time. In this plant the user can change the size of the equipment to produce the specific amount of material that they need. It operates with 240 V of electricity and uses motors to move the parts. For the convenience of the user, the design is available in versions that process materials in separate groups or in an even flow. When the plant is in use, it keeps the temperature between 30 and 80 °C. There is a pressure level of 2 - 5 bar inside the system - those conditions allow the machine to collect a large amount of the herbal components without causing damage to the parts that are active. By using this design, the machine can process flakes that have different levels of thickness. To make the work easier, the controls allow a person to perform the same process many times without needing to help the machine often. Due to the strong materials and the electrical parts, the system functions in a way that does not change over time. And because the system is for industrial use, it allows the user to increase the amount of herbs they process while the results stay the same.
