The gravity separation table, or air table, is commonly used to separate particles by weight and density. A separation table can be used for any dry material as it moves on a “fluidized” bed of air across the table.Gravity Separators use a combination of air, vibration & separation based on density difference. Useful is processing of grains, corn, fine seeds, pulses, oilseeds, cotton seeds and wherever the contamination needs to be separated. Gravity separators are counterbalanced & aerodynamically designed.Gravity Separators are used to separate products of the same size but with a difference in specific weight. They can be used effectively to remove partially eaten, immature and broken seeds to ensure maximum quality of the final product.Gravity Separators use a combination of air, vibration & separation based on density difference. Useful is processing of grains, corn, fine seeds, pulses, oilseeds, cotton seeds and wherever the contamination needs to be separated. Gravity separators are counterbalanced & aerodynamically designed.Gravity separators are most often used in seed and grain operations. Stones, damaged or unfilled seeds, and other impurities can easily be removed, increasing the percentage of material that will germinate.
