Granules packing machines are used for packing granular materials and products in their respective packing. Some examples of granular products could be grains, pulses, lentils etc. These could also be small pharmaceutical tablets. Granular products are generally packed in polyethylene packing or plastic pouches, Otherwise known as pouch filling or pouch packing machines, this packaging equipment type fills premade pouches with product and then seals them shut. Pouch fill and seal machines come in two main varieties: Rotary and inline, It is a sachet machine that has rotary cups filling unit. With the gravity, free-flowing granules will fill inside rotary cups, then the machine dumps inside filler funnels. This filling technique works with pharmaceutical granules, sugar, yeast kind of product, Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal
