Mech O Tech produces this Grape Seed Extraction Plant which uses stainless steel and solvents to extract herbal components from grape seeds. It is suitable for seeds that workers process into flakes between 0.25 mm and 0.40 mm in thickness. When the machine operates, the internal temperature stays between 45°C and 70°C. By combining an electrical drive with pressure, the system recovers a large amount of oil plus keeps the product in its original state. For power the unit requires 240 V to run the motors and other parts. If a customer has specific production needs, the manufacturer can change the capacity of the system. Due to the use of stainless steel, the machine is strong but also does not rust. To meet standards for pharmaceutical and food use, the surfaces are easy for workers to wash. With semi-automatic controls, the operator manages the process while automated steps make the output consistent as well as fast.
