GF20 Ring Making Machine also known as Automatic Stirrup Bending Machine is equipped with switches which can be preset to any angle between 0-180. With limit switch type sensor and 2 foot pedals switch, it can bend steel accurately, and complete multi-angle steel molding operations efficiently. GF20 automatic stirrup bender is mainly used for bending cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, cold-rolled light round steel bars and hot-rolled round steel bars. It features a wide angle adjustment range of 0-180 degrees allowing the user to bend dozens of different ring shapes.The machine is suitable for small and medium construction projects like housing projects, small bridges, tunnels, etc. It can also be used in large infrastructure projects when clubbed with higher capacity bending machines. Robust & Durable Long life operation Characteristics: The model is designed to be lightweight, flexible and easy to handle, and is suitable for intensive construction sites. It is characterized by a closed transmission, which is not easy to be damaged. Bending angle accurate, CNC type can adjust the angle 0-180. The case material is QT500-7. The gear material is 20crMotI. It has high hardness and wear resistance. The warranty is two years (the ordinary case is made of gray iron). The bending attachment material C22 plus quenching treatment, the workpiece hardness is above 50 degrees, and it can process more than 2,000 tons of steel bars. The electrical part adopts single-chip programming, which has powerful functions, good automatic control, flexibility and convenience, and simple operation. Each piece is processed finely, runs smoothly, and the noise is within 80 decibels.
