Description
Extrusion is a modern process in which aluminum billets are heated and pushed through a shaped die opening. The opening can be modified to create different shapes and sizes to fulfill a user's specific needs. Depending on the required aluminum bar type, we use different steel dies.Extrusion is a metal forming process in which metal or work piece is forced to flow through a die to reduce its cross section or convert it into desire shape. This process is extensively used in pipes and steel rods manufacturing. The force used to extrude the work piece is compressive in nature.Aluminum extrusion is a process by which aluminum alloy material is forced through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile. A powerful ram pushes the aluminum through the die and it emerges from the die opening. When it does, it comes out in the same shape as the die and is pulled out along a runout table.
